Ingredients
275g plain chocolate
3 tbs golden syrup
115g butter
325g digestive biscuits
60g raisins
Utensils
apron
weighing scales
loaf tin (20x20cm)
grease proof paper
medium bowl
saucepan
wooden spoon
Method
Butter tin and line with grease proof paper
Break chocolate into bowl over hot water
Add syrup and butter
When chocolate and butter have melted, remove pan from heat and cool slightly
Break up biscuits and stir them into the chocolate mixture together with raisins
Put mixture into the loaf tin and leave to set in the fridge
